The Residence

Residence Il Melograno

Melograno Residence is situated in a very quiet area of San Teodoro (Sardinia), under 800 meters away walking distance from the village centre and from the famous Cinta beach.

The residence is made up of cottages immersed in the green, each unit having its own parking, private garden, veranda and patio. There are three types of accommodations: 4-bed, 6-bed and large 6 bed cottages.

The Residence has been completely refurbished in 2004 and we daily take care of our gardens. Very close to the Residence there are restaurants, markets and a small baby playground.
